Clean both sides of the shield with soap and warm water after each use. 

To avoid creating surface scratches, submerge the face shield in warm water to dislodge particulate matter. Adding a mild liquid dish, reduces surface tension, and allows the soapy water to evenly disperse across the surface.

You can sanitize and reuse your face shield. It has been evaluated to be compatible with the following chemicals (Avoid mixing chemicals)

70% Ethanol
70% Isopropyl Alcohol
6% Bleach (May leave a residue on the face shield)
3% Hydrogen Peroxide

Sanitizer can be applied with a paper towel, a soft cloth, or sponge to gently clean the shield.

Surface disinfectant wipe or spray can leave a visible residue.

Aggressive cleaning agents are not recommended.

If you are worried that a specific cleaner or disinfectant might damage your face shield it is easy to run a compatibility test. Apply a small amount of the product in an inconspicuous place on the shield, such as the edge. To avoid an oops moment, make sure the test area is out of your line of sight.

We usually ship the same day or next business day, large orders within a few days. Customers within the USA and Canada should expect to receive their orders within two (2) to seven (7) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

All your orders are sent with tracked parcels via reliable couriers FedEx, UPS, Purolator, Canpar, and Canada Post .

You can get same-day delivery for the rush orders. You can contact us to arrange for local pickup or overnight shipping.

Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to Safefaceshields.com system for your order.

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any product that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at sales@safefaceshields.com (if applicable).

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

1. In the event of damaged product received, we will require photo proof of the affected product and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the product to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any product that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at sales@safefaceshields.com

2. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.

We are not accepting return requests for items shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email sales@safefaceshields.com within 7 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
